Shiftly is a mobile application published by Nistic, a U.S. sole proprietorship (“Nistic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Shiftly handles information when you use the app and related pages on nistic.net.

6. Location permissions
Shiftly only uses location data if you choose to enable location-based reminders. If enabled, Shiftly may use saved job locations and device location information to help determine when you arrive at or leave a job location for reminder purposes.
You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
7. Notifications
Shiftly may send local notifications if you enable them, including:
shift start reminders
shift end reminders
smart nudges
arrival and departure reminders for saved job locations
trial or subscription-related reminders, if implemented

8. Subscriptions and purchases
Shiftly may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling according to Apple’s own rules and processes. We use subscription status information from Apple to provide access to paid features.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited data only when necessary with service providers or platform providers that help us operate the app, such as:
Apple, for app distribution, subscriptions, and app platform functions

10. Data storage and retention

If Shiftly supports account creation or cloud-stored personal data in the future, we will provide an appropriate deletion method and update this policy.
If Shiftly currently does not use accounts and stores data only on-device, deleting the app or deleting data inside the app may remove your local app data, subject to Apple-managed purchase history and any device backup behavior.
13. Children’s privacy
Shiftly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. International use
If you use Shiftly outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
